

Some of our northern leases have pheasants. Most of our leases have deer, turkey, waterfowl, hog, quail and dove in abundant numbers. This lease has an onsite biologist and participates in the DMAP program. One of our leases is a managed trophy deer property with Kansas sand hills genetics. For deer hunters, we have several leases with excellent deer hunting opportunities and a chance for that elusive buck of a lifetime.

Pits are located in our goose field for hunter use, and decoys are provided for our Jet area hunters. The club owns hunting land adjacent to the Great Salt Plains National Wildlife Reservation near Jet, offering some of the best waterfowl and deer hunting in the state. Each of our leases has some combination of woods, creeks, ponds, native grasses, agricultural fields, bottomlands, even some canyon areas and river bottoms. Our hunting lands range from northwestern Oklahoma to Osage county in northeastern Oklahoma and multiple leases in southwest, central, and southeastern Oklahoma. We have multiple leases with lodging totaling over 70 beds that can be reserved by our members All are welcome to attend.We have prime hunting land with a large hunting lodge bordering the Great Salt Plains Wildlife Refuge outside of Jet, OK, with all the comforts of home, including TV, washer & dryer and a complete kitchen. The second meeting is dedicated to topics related to hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities and issues. Warsaw Sportsman's business meetings are on the 1st Wednesday of each month and another meeting is held on the 3rd Wednesday. Their dedicated and selfless volunteers work tirelessly to promote our outdoor heritage and keep our youth interested in the outdoor sports. While the club is small, the work they undertake is not.
XLINE SPORTSMAN CLUB FREE
The classes are held at the club, and the club volunteers serve a free meal to everyone who attends each session. This was the first time a second class was needed to get all the interested youth trained. In 2009, they were surprised by the overwhelming interest in their Hunter Education Class they actually had to schedule a second class for November 21-22, 2009. Additionally, the club helps sponsor the Jefferson County Youth Field Days, and has been holding Hunter Education Classes for over 20 years. The Warsaw Township Sportsman's Association has been involved in trying to get youth interested in hunting and fishing for over 20 years. Like most others, the members of Warsaw recognize that interest in hunting and fishing are declining, so they are taking steps to recruit new members to our way of life. The club holds several turkey shoots in the spring and several more in the fall. Warsaw's members also help stock the stream and others in the area with buckets and floats. As well as being the world’s longest urban zipline, the second XLine travels for twice the distance and lasts for twice the time.

They've placed 55 gallon drums along a local trout stream for anglers to throw their trash in while fishing. We amazed the world with our thrilling zip ride across Downtown Dubai, and now we’re back with a second XLine ride in Dubai Marina, which offers a double dose of fun and excitement. They are involved in the Adopt-A-Highway program, and provide a free meal to volunteers following a highway clean-up. The club is currently involved in programs that will sustain the precious resources of the Commonwealth, and educate our youth about conservation. In the 1970's, they were among the first in the state to use limestone to help neutralize the acidity of a local trout stream. Initially, the club focused on raising young pheasants to be released for local hunters. in Jefferson County, about half way between the towns of Brookville and Brockway. The Warsaw Sportsman's Association was founded in 1960 on Sulgar Rd.
